Orders over $75 placed in the U.S. ship for free, no code needed!
All United States orders will be shipped through the USPS as standard shipping within 1-2 business days of your order placement, unless chosen by the customer to upgrade their delivery to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the USPS.
International Shipping is currently available to Canada and Europe with USPS First Class Package International.
Once a package leaves our shipping department, Makenzie Rae Collections is not held responsible for any errors made by the USPS. We do not offer refunds for packages marked delivered, stolen packages or packages damaged during transit. The liability for shipping issues is between the buyer and the USPS or UPS. Any concerns after your package has shipped can be directed to the USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877.
Makenzie Rae Collections will not refund nor replace any package shipped to the wrong address at the fault of the buyer.
