Returns & Exchanges

 

Thank you for shopping with Makenzie Rae Collections. We hope you adore your new purchase, but if you are not satisfied please read the following instructions for completing returns & exchanges.

 

Returns

All returns will be issued in the form of a store credit as a digital gift card. You will receive a digital gift card to your email address used to place the original order within 3 business days of your return arriving back at our shipping center. No refunds will be given, unless in the event of defective merchandise. 

Defective merchandise must be reported to info@makenzieraecollections.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please attach photos of the defective merchandise being reported. A refund will be offered in this event. 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested to info@makenzieraecollections.com within 3 days of receiving your order for us to immediately pull the exchange size from our inventory and hold it until we receive your original order. In the event that the exchange requested is unavailable from our inventory, a store credit will be offered. 

 

No merchandise will be accepted for a return or an exchange if it has apparent wear or has been washed. 

Bodysuits are non-returnable or exchangeable due to hygienic practices. 

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return & Exchange Process

1. Email info@makenzieraecollections.com to notify us of your request and include your order number in the subject line. If it is an exchange, include what size needs to be adjusted so we can make the accommodation and pull the size needed immediately.
2. Must have original tags, be scent-free, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was originally shipped by Makenzie Rae Collections. 
3. Please include the original packing slip and indicate if it is a return or exchange to be properly sorted.
4. All returns and exchanges need to be received by our shipping center within 15 days of the delivery of your original order.  This policy also applies to orders that were purchased and gifted to someone. 
5. Return and exchange shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer. Be sure to keep your tracking information in the event that the package is not received on our end.
