Kickoff Gameday with Makenzie Rae
Hey all!
Having just graduated from The University of Alabama myself (Roll Tide), I know how serious gameday fashion is taken. I also know how the weather changes as the season treks on, so I will be sharing my essential outfits for unbearably hot game afternoons and adjusting these looks later in the season. My favorite "hack" to gameday's was to wear neutral colors like white, black and nudes and add my Crimson with earrings, shoes and buttons.
A classic staple top would be the Caroline V-Neck Blouse which comes in black and white. The tiered ruffle detail and emphasized shoulders make this statement piece perfect for a simple bottom.
Rolling with the theme of black and white to appeal to all school colors would be the Elena Mini Dress. This dress has small puff sleeves and a black dot pattern with a square neck and backline.
The Grace Swiss Dot Dress is a lightweight dress with a nude slip underneath black dotted mesh. Again, the neutral coloring can be applicable to most every gameday girl.
The Amelia Romper has a flirty ruffle hemline and bowtie waistband which flatters all body types.
The Gabby Skirt comes in black and nude to be another staple for your gameday collection. It is a pleated design with an invisible side zipper.
The Jacqueline Set is a breezy linen blouse and short set with embroidered detailing to keep you oh so cool in the stands.
Lou Printed Romper is a nude zebra printed romper to be bold at your next tailgate.
Luna Pleated Romper comes in white and has pleating on the shoulder sleeves. I see this being worn with a fun belt and booties!
